When we receive your work we will provide you with an estimate. This is
for restoration time only. Each restoration will receive one (1) photo
quality print suitable for framing. An oversize print will be an additional
charge.
We do charge for postage and handling and other output materials.
We charge $75.00/hour for restoration time. Most jobs take from 1 to 3
hours although complex work such as colorizing and badly damaged images may
take longer. If you change your direction or require something not included
in the original estimate we will re-estimate the job. Our standard minimum
deposit is $150. If the job costs less, we will return the difference
with your print. |

Output
Digital: Zip disc 100mg or CD ROM $25 each.
We can produce any number of copies and enlargements in black and white or color. Prices will be quoted based on your requirements. |

Mailing Your Photographs
We can restore from an original print, or negative
To send it safely we suggest the following:

Place
the photo between two sheets of foamboard or cardboard.
Place a piece of plain paper over the image to protect
it from the cardboard. |

|
Tape the ends of the cardboard to hold it together firmly. |
| 3. |
|
Mark the outside of the package: PHOTO ENCLOSED DO NOT BEND
|
| 4. |
|
Include your name, phone number, address, e-mail address and a complete set of instructions including the final output you want. Be specific. |
| 5. |
|
We recommend that you use UPS or Fed EX, as we are not responsible for shipping. |
| 6. |
|
If you are in the New York area we are conveniently located on 33rd street just off 3rd Ave. in midtown Manhattan. |

Include a $150 check or money order payable to Shannon Imaging. An estimate will be made on receipt of your material. |

| Without a check or money order your work will be returned COD. |

If you are dissatisfied with our work, and I say with pride this has
never happened, we will provide you with a full refund for our time.
Please understand that there is subjective and some artistic interpretation required, so please be as specific as possible with your instructions.
